When mixed with water the formulation produces a very fast setting, high quality concrete repair material that is extremely durable in harsh environments. Rapid Set® DOT Repair Mix is ready for traffic and most loads within 2 hours. DOT Repair Mix may be extended up to 100% with high quality aggregates for a yield of 0.8 cu. ft. per 55-lb. bag.

Rapid Set® Cement All™ is a high performance blend of Rapid Set® Cement and specialty sand. Cement All™ is non-metallic and no chlorides are added. Rapid Set® Cement All™ is similar in appearance to portland cement repair materials and may be applied using similar methods.
